Ismaël has nearly two decades of working experience, half of which is a management level, at the Central Electricity Board, the sole Power Utility of Mauritius. He is currently responsible for the construction and maintenance of all transmission assets. He holds an MBA from the Management College of Southern Africa and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (USA). In 2021, he was awarded a PhD in Renewable Energy Integration by the University of Mauritius. His current interest is in the use of Artificial Intelligence to redefine work processes which culminated in him being awarded the Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant (CAIC) credentials from the United States Artificial Intelligence Institute (USAII) in 2024.

Ismaël is a member of several professional institutions like IEEE, IET, IEM and CIArb. He has been recognized as a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute of UK. He is a Maxwell Certified Leadership Development Coach, Speaker and Trainer. In 2023, he completed the Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence (EI) training program. He was recognized with Asia’s Best Coaching & Development Leadership Award 2020/21. Ismaël is also a trained Meta Coach and applies the NLP Techniques in his coaching and training sessions. He has been actively delivering trainings in Engineering, Project Management and Management fields for over a decade, both locally and internationally. Ismaël has successfully trained and coached employees, managers, and executives across a variety of industries, including leading commercial banks in Mauritius, global hospitality chains, and prominent management service firms specializing in corporate governance, wealth management, or business consulting. His goal remains simple: Adding Value to People Unconditionally.
